Last updated 6 October 2026. This page explains what Never Lose collects through neverlose.com.au and book.neverlose.com.au, and what we do with it.

Website visits

When you visit this site we record the pages you view, the buttons and links you click, the site or campaign link that brought you here, your approximate location (country and city from your connection), and your device type. A random identifier is stored in your browser so we can count unique visitors. We do not record your name, email or IP address with this data, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell this information. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Booking a call

If you book a call, we collect the name, email address and any notes you provide, plus the time you choose. This is used to schedule and hold the call, and is stored in our booking system and Google Calendar.

Google Calendar access

Our booking system connects to our own Google Calendar to check our availability and add booked calls. It only accesses the Never Lose account’s calendar, not yours. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Calls and enquiries

Calls to our phone line may be answered by an AI assistant and recorded. Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry.
